Rules and Regulations of Shish Pal Singh CONVENT SCHOOL
General Conduct
- 1. Students must maintain discipline and behave respectfully with teachers, staff, and peers.
- 2. Any act of bullying, ragging, or misconduct will lead to strict disciplinary action.
- 3. The use of abusive language, violence, or destruction of school property is strictly prohibited.
- 4. Students must follow all school rules and show responsibility in and outside the campus.
Attendance & Punctuality
- 1. Students must attend school regularly and maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations.
- 2. Latecomers must obtain a late entry slip from the school office.
- 3. Absence from school without prior permission or a valid reason must be informed in writing by parents.
- 4. No student shall leave the school premises during school hours without prior approval.
Uniform & Dress Code
- 1. Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and properly.
- 2. Uniforms should be clean, well-ironed, and worn with pride.
- 3. Boys must have short, well-groomed hair, and girls must tie their hair neatly.
- 4. Fancy hairstyles, colored hair, tattoos, and excessive jewelry are not allowed.
Academic Discipline
- 1. Students must complete all homework, assignments, and projects on time.
- 2. Copying or cheating in exams will result in strict action, including suspension.
- 3. Books and notebooks should be properly maintained and brought to school daily.
- 4. Silence must be maintained in the library, laboratories, and during school assemblies.
Use of Mobile Phones & Gadgets
- 1. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in school.
- 2. If found using a mobile phone during school hours, it will be confiscated.
- 3. Smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, and other unauthorized gadgets are not allowed.
Code of Conduct in School Premises
- 1. Students must respect school property and avoid damaging walls, furniture, or learning materials.
- 2. Littering in the school premises is not allowed; students must use dustbins.
- 3. Running or shouting in corridors and classrooms is prohibited.
- 4. Students must participate in morning assembly and maintain discipline.
Transport & Safety Rules
- 1. Students using school transport must follow all bus rules and maintain discipline inside the vehicle.
- 2. Parents should pick up and drop off their children on time.
- 3. Any misbehavior in the bus will lead to suspension from school transport facilities.
Disciplinary Actions
- 1. Any violation of school rules will lead to disciplinary action, including warning, suspension, or expulsion.
- 2. Repeated violations will result in a meeting with parents and possible removal from school.
- 3. The decision of the school management in disciplinary matters will be final and binding.
