Our Admission Policy
At Shish Pal Singh Convent School, Saharanpur, we welcome students who seek a high-quality education in a nurturing and disciplined environment. Admission Criteria:
✅ Eligibility: Admissions are open to students from Pre-Nursery to Class IX & XI, based on seat availability.
✅ Age Requirement: The minimum age for Pre-Nursery admission is 3 years as of March 31st of the academic year.
✅ Entrance Assessment: From Class I onwards, students may be required to appear for an entrance test to evaluate their academic readiness.
✅ Interview & Interaction: Parents and students may be invited for an interaction with the school authorities to understand the child’s learning needs and aspirations.
✅ Document Verification: Admissions will be confirmed only after submission of required documents and completion of formalities.
Admission Process:
1️⃣ Application Form: Obtain the admission form from the school office or download it from our website.
2️⃣ Submission: Complete and submit the form along with necessary documents within the given timeframe.
3️⃣ Assessment & Interaction: Eligible students will be invited for an entrance test (if applicable) and interaction.
4️⃣ Selection & Confirmation: Selected students will receive an admission confirmation letter.
5️⃣ Fee Payment: Parents must complete the fee payment and other formalities to secure the admission.

📌 Previous School Report Card (for admissions in Class I & above)
📌 Transfer Certificate (for students coming from another school)
📌 Passport-size Photographs (of student and parents)

📌 Medical Certificate (if required)
